Lewis Thomas Manager
Lewis Thomas manages day-to-day operations at Loftin Restoration, handling everything from initial assessments to coordinating crews on active job sites. He works primarily in water damage mitigation, structural drying and mold remediation, and stays current with industry standards through ongoing technical training. Most of his time is spent in the field, making sure the work is done correctly and that clients understand what is happening at each stage.
He takes a straightforward approach to running the business. He communicates directly with property owners, walks them through what the damage involves, and sets realistic expectations about timelines and outcomes. He also works closely with insurance adjusters and knows how to document losses accurately. The focus is always on getting the work done right the first time, without overcomplicating the process.
